UTI symptoms and causes?

So i started feeling bad About two days ago.I went home with fever of 101 and the nurse said I had the flu.I jad body aches all over and i had a usual fever headache with runny nose abd my eyes kept watering plus a sore throat which kept me from eating and if I did eat,my stomach hurt.Next day my fever was gone and my nose and eyes were perfectly fine,my throat still hurt and my body and I got a POUNDING headache.Last time ai had a headache I had a UTI.I'v had a UTI two or three times but I can't remember the symptoms.All I remember is I had a really bad headache.My head felt like it was being pounded on by someones fist,it was pretty bad.So I'm stuck with a sore throat,pounding headache,and body aches with stomach aches.I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to make sure but might this be a UTI?And if it is,I don't know why I get UTIs.I wipe the right way,clean it everyday,I wear cotton undies that breathe,im not sexually active(If that can cause it)What's the problem here?Thanks for the help(:
