HOW TO ADD GAMES FROM PC TO CELLL PHONE GT-S5230?

ive downloaded both .jar files and .jad files and the games I downloaded support my phone Im not sure what to do or what folder to put them in on my phone and I dont know am i supposed to put in both file types or one the phone is a samsung GT-S5230 from bell im not sure what to do and I would like some help
