Am I likely to receive compensation ?

Hey, I'm a minor (14) with an existing disability which directly affects my back (spina bifida) and have been involved in a car crash, on a moderate scale. However , my parents don't believe that my back is hurting significantly for what ever reason(S). My question is am I likely to receive compensation or is it not even going to be worth going to A&E.
