Confused about guy i like help needed please?

hi i have met this guy online he lives local to me and is very nice he has asked me out a few time we are both 23 he is in a wheelchair but that doesnt bother me should it and should i have a relationship with someone from the internet i also think he has very mild learning disability he is a lovely guy and we have a lot in common.
