I have an Uncharacterized Discharge from the USMC?

If you have an uncharacterized "discharge", you are discharged. If you were merely separated, you might be subject to recall but it is highly unlikely. You would not even be able to reenlist voluntarily unless the condition were to disappear and you wanted to try again.
