Mossburg tactical 22 and S&W 15-22?

I was wondering if somebody had shoot the Mossburg tactical 22 and S&W 15-22 and wither I should pay the extra money for the S&W over the Mossburg tactical 22. Also if there was any faults of these two weapons. Thank you
