What is the word used for the disability in which a person cant pronounce certain letters clearly? Help!!!?

Like he uses 'L' instead of 'R', or 'Sh' instead of 'S', etc. And it is more common in children, which goes when they grow adult. If that helps! I just cant remember the specific english word used for it. Thnx in advance!
