Can anyone correct this psychology paragraph?

I come from a country where as a young child I heard rocket-fire. I remember when first the rocket fired, it had a whistle-like sound, and then when it hit there was a heavy blast sound which scared everyone. The whistle sound made us scared, and we waited for the blast, and the blast made our hearts pound fast, shaking our whole bodies, causing us all to perspire; I can’t explain the level of fear we experienced. Nowadays any kind of sound, whether it be a door bell, a telephone ringing, something slamming to the ground or even someone making a sound while telling a joke scares me, and I experience some of those same symptoms. Now I can understand that the scary sound of the rocket is an unconditioned stimulus; the signs and symptoms which were caused by this sound are the UR. And now any kind of noise is a conditioned stimulus, and the signs and symptoms caused by these noises are the CR
