How to REMOVE jad/jar files from LG Rumor Touch?

So i installed these apps/games on my LG Rumor Touch, and now it's sending messages, and moving slower. I REALLY want to delete these off. PLEASE PLEASE HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
