What do I do? Up to 10,000 to Bring my husband home?

My husband was here illegally after his visa ran out and now I just got done talking to a lawyer and they told me it will be anywhere from 8,200-10,500 I don't have that kind of money and I am on Social Security Disability, My family is not going to be able to help me so I don't know what to do is there a cheaper way to go? The lawyer said its so expensive because he was here illegally and because will have have to file for a waiver. We just recently got married in May I want to be with him he is my soul mate but the thing is MONEY I don't have it. Do you know of a cheaper way and What would you do in this situation???
