I have the Huawei M735 How do i use the app file i downloaded?

i use the pocketgear.com site to find apps for my phone. i found an app i like and downloaded the .jad file to my phone. i check and it's compatible with my phone. So how do i use it on my phone? do i need to install it and if so how do i go about doing that
