Getting a degree with learning disability?!?

I am 24 and not yet done with my degree. I have one college algebra course until I get my Associates (already walked, but need that class). My local university won't allow me to go any further until I finish that algebra. I have a severe case of dyscalculia and can't find another fully online math course so I can go at my own pace. If I finished math I would have about 1 year to go. I am so embarrassed and super jealous of anyone with a degree or "real" job. My math stupidity is holding me back and otherwise I have a 3.5 gpa! (so I am not stupid.)... What online programs (In Texas and public schools) will allow me to do my degree completely online? I am so lost!
