Runescape: fighting jad?

Ok so I'm currently logged out but I'm at wave 28 with about 17 super restores and 10 Sara brews full guthans and a rune crossbow with 1200 mith bolts left. So first off since waves 30-60 are level 360 mages should I just range them with magic protect pray on? And do I continue to range them at the safespot of Italy rock. And as far as fighting jad goes should I range him from anywhere or do I need a safe Spot? Also, when his healers show up what do I do? Please help
