Airtel 3g. Tv software problem..?

Though airtel 3g services are not started in India but i was downloading the softwares for 3g services like application like mobile TV live. I've samsung star 3g and it installs only jar - jad softwares in short its a java phone and the mobile tv application which i've downloaded from airtel 3g site is a SIS file. So how can i install that application in my phone. Help please :)
