Runescape Jad. killing advice...?

Well recently became member like 3 days ago. I have been in F2P for sometime and forgot almost everything about P2P. Now I am a level 122 and want to get better training armor. So far I have: Penance Fighter Torso, Helmet of Netiz., Dragon Plate legs, Barrows Gloves, Amulet of Glory, Dragon Boots, Obsidian Cape and Warriors Ring... This is my training armor. I want to upgrade the armor I have to : Bandos Tassets, Amulet of Fury, Fire Cape and Berserker ring. I'm starting with the Fire Cape and I dont remember how to fight Jad. Do any of you have any advise on how to kill it.. or any "Good Guides" that will work? I have 85 ranging, 96 Hp, 95 Defence, 59 prayer. These stats any good for him? Thanks in advance...
