Ok so what now.........?

I jad unprotected sex the first day of my period. I have had a very heavy flow sence. I usualy have about a 36 day cycle. Sk what now? Cud I b pregnant or like what? If u have had this experiabce what dis u do? Oh and my boobs r extremely sore and I have such bad headachs and I never get them
