My husband says its over?

My husband told me about 3 months ago that it was over. Yet he hasn't told me to leave, he gives me mixed signals like he took his wedding ring off but now its back on. I am trying to get disability and have a hearing in Sept. I don't want to use all of my back money on the house because it is not in my name. But I still feel obligated...help me please. Should I spend my money on the house or not.
