Is 150 to much for a crest close contact saddle?

I went to the tack shop today and found a crest close contact saddle for $150 its in VERY good condition looks like it was only ridden in a few times. Is $150 to much ? Has anyone ever heard of this brand ? Are they good saddles ? I want it to practice jumping in on my lease horse he is a TB and high withered the tack shop owner brought it out and it fit him i just need to know if i will be over paying or not. Thanks
