How to beat Jad on Runescape?

I want to beat Jad so i can get a fire cape. I'm a level 90 with 75 str 70 att 70 def 61 range 50 pray 51 mage and 72 hp. I would like to know if i could and what i should equip and wield and such. Thanks =)
