Do you think i would be able to get my tubes tied?

do you think they would let a 26 year old who has 3 children get her tubes tied, i am going to be looking into it in the next week but thought i would ask here if it is a posibility, i live in the uk/ have had a history of a baby with a disability and also had a miscarriage
